BALANCED MIND IN A BALANCED BODY
MEDITATION


It is a Zen meditation (Mahayana). Following the teaching of  Thich Nhat Hanh with our teacher Thich Tri Hoang. The temple is called " Dharma Spring Temple " at this address
 
We start by saying " om ma ni pad me um " 3 times then 20 minutes seatted meditation in silence then a walking meditation and we do a dharma talk ( Somebody talk about is challenge in life).

LOVE, EXCITEMENT, PASSION, JOY, COMPASSION, CREATIVITY, EXPANSION, EMPATHY.
Act on them at any given moment to find who you really are.

I am studying Mahayana (Zen) Buddhism .  Meditation makes us aware of our body and our beliefs. Our negative beliefs make us suffering in life . Sometimes we can't see those believes because that what we call habits and a habit is something that you are not aware of  and when you become aware of it it is not a habit anymore so you can change it by something positive. if you don't change it, it means you are keeping it to protect yourself, now it is not a habit it is a choice.

I am a professional licensed Massage Therapist since 2011  specialized in deep tissue Massage.
