It is a Zen meditation (Mahayana). The only differences in human is our believes, Zen Meditation accepts all the believes. Meditation is to make us aware of our body and our believes. Usually what make us suffering is because of our negative beliefs . Sometimes we can not see those believes because that what we call habits and a habits is sometimes thatr yoiu are not aware of it and when you become aware of it it is not a habit any more so you can change it by something positive. if you don't change it it means you keep it to protect yourself from something now it is not a habit but an excuse. 
 
We start we a breathing by saying " om ma ni pad me um then 20 minutes meditation in silence then a walking meditation and we do a dharma talk ( Somebody talk about is challenge in life).

LOVE, EXCITEMENT, PASSION, JOY, COMPASSION, CREATIVITY, EXPANSION, EMPATHY.
Act on them at any given moment to find who you really are.
